Scalp swelling in female patient 35 years old. Well defined, with cystic and solid parts.Microscopically; squamous epithelium, with abrupt keratinization, focal peripheral palisading, keratin pearls, focal nuclear anaplasia.

Duct carcinoma with apocrine differentiation

53 years old female patient, with left subareolar breast lump. FNAC: atypical ductal cells with apocrine metaplasia for frozen section. FS shows invasive duct carcinoma with apocrine differentiation and metastatic deposits in axillary LNs.
